Monster Energy ~ Red Bull ?
Just think about their names, could something called "Monster" or "Red Bull" or even "Rock Star" be actually good for you?... Or not?
Hype is not health!
It just fools you into thinking you feel better!
What's the real buzz about "Energy Drinks"? Ask Web Md.
Do they give you real energy or just a buzz?
Do they help or hurt your body's true energy over the Long term?
Can Monster Energy cause or "hide" Monstrous Health problems?
The "TRUE" danger of commercial "Energy" drinks is that they artificially prop up your health rather than fixing it, and can mask very real health problems and deficiencies.
Real Energy Comes From Real Health!
We need true useable Vitamins and Minerals (body essentials) to kick start our energy supply and to strengthen our immune system to fight the diseases that damage our health. GBG 10 in One Liquid Multi formula does just that.
Everyone and can take one liquid ounce of GBG 10 in One daily in the mornings to provide "true" body nuturing, vitamin energy, and lose weight, by reving up their metabolism; but, what about Sports enthusiasts and trainers who'd like an additional "cold in a can" Energy Drink type boost for work outs and extra pick me ups during the Day?

Are there really any "Healthy" alternatives for people on the go, especially athletes?
Here is one product I have found that is similar in price to the others (price per can) but is actually good for your body and not just a temporary adrenaline buzz. It is called FRS it is promoted and supported by pro cyclist Lance Armstrong.
(The "Free Trial" though does not contain the cans but does contain their other great products. The auto-ship option can get a bit pricey @ about $65 if you keep it going so you may just want to "buy" a small amount first to try it and then decide about the auto-ship)
They have their own corporate site to shop from with lots of information.
Or you can buy it from Amazon.com.
